Booking Policies

ALL TRIPS – require pre-payment to confirm your seats.

ALL CANCELLATIONS – If you cancel a trip, there is a non-refundable fee of 10% of your total trip cost. Substitutions are unlimited on all trips.

REVELSTOKE TRIPS – A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book this trip. Full payment is required 7 days before the trip date.

GROUPS OF LESS THAN 12 – Cancel with at least 72 hours notice to receive a 90% refund.

GROUPS OF MORE THAN 12 – Cancel with at least 7 days notice to receive a 90% REFUND.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS – Trips booked less than 24 hours in advance pay the full amount of the trip with no refund options.

NO SHOWS: Full cost of missing guests is charged on the deposit credit card. No refund or credit.

WEATHER – Trips run as scheduled, rain or snow! If we cancel a trip due to high water, there is no cancellation fee.

WAIVERS – All guests must sign a Waiver & Release Agreement.

READINESS – Guests appearing intoxicated (drugs or alcohol) cannot participate and will not get a refund.
