Where are we?
We are located in a small town called Grande Cache, in the Northern Rocky Mountains of Canada; 2 hours north of Jasper National Park. You'll find the same amazing outdoor settings as our famous neighbour, but no crowds or heavy tourism development. Accommodations options are more affordable, and, we have to say it, the rafting is better!! It's about the rivers...
Our rivers
Surrounding the town of Grande Cache are rivers that offer every type of whitewater. All are a short distance from town. The Smoky River is a short scenic trip, and also a multi-day trip north to Grande Prairie. The Sulphur River is at the bottom of a beautiful canyon, and is a great white-water trip for beginners. Sheep Creek is a serious, advanced rafting trip - the steepest, most technical river being rafted commercially in the province. The Kakwa River is considered the best overnight rafting trip in Alberta. All are wild, free rivers and it's very rare to see anyone else on the river.
